Common questions
How do I restore my purchases?
Purchases are tied to your account. If something you bought is missing, restart the app — pending purchases are re-checked at launch. Still missing? Email us with your Apple receipt and we'll make it right.
How do I keep my progress if I get a new phone?
Link your account in the Game (Settings → Create Account) with Apple, Google, or email. Then sign in on the new device and your neighborhood comes with you.
How do I report another player?
You can report inappropriate names, rooms, or messages directly in the Game. Reports are reviewed and moderated. For anything urgent, email us.
How do I delete my account?
In the Game: Settings → Delete Account. This permanently erases your game data. You can also email us and we'll delete it for you. See our Privacy Policy for details.
I'm a parent — what protections exist for kids?
Neighbors is a general-audience game, but when our neutral age screen tells us a player is under 13 the Game automatically runs in a restricted mode: social features (friends, chat, comments) are disabled server-side, the player is invisible in public spaces, no push notifications, pseudonymous internal-operations analytics only, and child-directed non-personalized ads. Details are in our Privacy Policy. Email us any time to review or delete your child's data.
